REPLACEMENTS, RETURNS, & REFUNDS


Item Replacements

If your item(s) arrive damaged, broken, marred, scratched, or malfunctioning in any way, please contact us immediately. Upon receipt of evidence of product damage/malfunction (a simple photo or video displaying the damage/malfunction), we will ship a replacement no questions asked.


If your item(s) arrive and they are the wrong color(s) or the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately. 

Please include the following information upon contacting our support team with replacement inquiry:

  • Order Number
  • Proof of Purchase
  • Video or Photo of the Product’s Damage, Malfunction, or Wrong Color
  • Complete & Correct Delivery Address
  • Contact Telephone Number

If your order is not delivered to the correct address, please contact us immediately. If the address listed on your order is correct, we will issue a replacement no questions asked. If the address listed on your order is incorrect (customer input error), our customer support team will work with you to resolve the situation.

Millennial supplies does not offer returns for any reason other than the product arrived damaged, malfunctioning, the wrong color(s), or if it is the wrong item.


Order Refunds


Upon receipt of your order, if you decide you want a refund for any reason other than that the product arrived damaged, malfunctioning, the wrong color(s), or is the wrong item(s), please contact us immediately. Our customer support team will review your request and respond quickly.


Please note that in the event of a refund request being made for any reason other than the product arrived damaged, malfunctioning, the wrong color(s), or is the wrong item(s), our customer support team reserves the right to grant or deny the refund request.


If a refund request is granted for any reason other than the product arrived damaged, malfunctioning, the wrong color(s), or is the wrong item(s), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be granted upon receipt of the returned item. Items must be returned in like-new condition. Return shipping costs are nonrefundable.


All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be credited to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
